It has been nearly three weeks since I had Botox, Genesis laser and partial face application of Titan laser and I am thrilled with the results. I will defiantly have a whole face and neck Titan treatment the next time I am in Dubai. I have also noticed a reduced amount of pimples and blackheads. I believe that is because the Genesis laser decreased the size of my pores; a benefit I did not expect! Dear Dr. Mehta,
Thank you for being here. I took 1 treatment ( I can not remember the name, but it was the last treatment in my file ). You told me I would look 3 years younger, which is not the fact. I look at least 7 years younger. The wrinkles around and under my right eye have disappeared with more than 50% and around my left eye with more than 40%. I had much deeper wrinkles around and under my left eye. The redness you mentioned, was in fact not a big deal. If you treat it like a burn ( witch it is not ) it heals even faster. use cold water on a face cloth a couple of hours and a lot of moisturizer - and there you go. Do not use the expensive brands. For this, they dry up after 1 hour and you have to re apply. If you do this, you do not get any peeling effect and the redness goes away much quicker. I had stuck food, movies and books in my house in case I looked too bad to go out. As you said, it just looked like you had a little sunburn, but still, I kept inside.
I will come back. I am sure after 3 treatments, all my wrinkles, or fine lines, as I call them, will be gone. Some of them are very deep, so I expect 3 treatments, which is nothing.
I am very, very happy, and I recommend people to use their money on something that works, instead of all the things that are supposed to work - and don't. I am not a person that thanks left and right - but tells exactly what I mean.

I would like to extent my heartfelt thanks to you and the staff for taking good care of me and above all for giving me back the confidence and self esteem I thought I would never have.
A month ago I walked into Dr Mahaveer Mehta's Medical Center with a low self esteem. If not for any reason but for the fact that my body was covered with white spots and I had been told by several dermatologists that the only solution to my problem was tattoo...I wonder how many I was going to have if I'd considered this option! My condition affected my social life as I was very conscious each time I wore a mini.
As I entered the medical center I remember thinking "What on earth am I doing here?" "What if there is no solution to my problem?" I could not stand undressing infront of anyone, let alone total strangers. But as I walked through the door, I found the warmest and kindest people I had ever come across . I had booked an appointment about four days before so was nervously waiting for my turn to see the doctor for consultation. Having seen his picture on his beautiful web site , I immediately recognized him and was filled with excitement when he came to usher me to the privacy of his consultation room. I became very nervous and ashamed when the doctor asked to see my white spots. But his assurance that he was going to help me regain my confidence gave me the courage to show him. After explaining the procedure and agreeing on the cost which is very low compared to his competitors, we got down to business!
I was told I would need several sessions to notice the difference but to my amazement, my husband told me (after two sessions) that my spots were beginning to improve. I had not told him I was receiving treatment as he was already frustrated with spending money to treat them with no results. I was really happy and for the first time in several months, I could hold my head high!!!
The staff at Dr Mahaveer Mehta Clinic have the best listening skills( kind of like your own private psychologist, except at no extra cost).
These wonderful people are like my family and through the weeks I became attached to all of them. especially their beautiful smiles!!! Now I look forward to each appointment with excitement.
To sum it all, I think I made the best decision I could ever make. I feel great about my body and it's like I am on top of the world. The added bonus is that I met the most incredible people one could ever imagine meeting!!! At eight sessions, my spots are unnoticeable to anyone else but me. I like perfection and I'm determined not to make this an exception.

Obesity during my childhood had left severe Stretch marks across my hips and buttocks. They were noticeably visible from the other side of the room or across a swimming pool , so I understandably felt embarrassed by them. I was so nervous when I had the treatments for my face but now it is about 7 days since I had it and my skin is slowly starting to shed all the top layer and even I who is the most critical and disbelieving of all such treatments have to admit that I can see an improvement in texture and even the pigmentation has improved. It is only Friday and nice changes are visible. But the frown muscles are very strong. Maybe next week they will take a rest, I hope.

I would like to make an appointment for 9 am on Thursday, 3 May for the full TITAN treatment. Will you be in Dubai at that time? And also in June?

let me first of all thank you from the depth of my heart for considering my problem with much affection and care, and I feel there is a drastic improvement in my lip condition and dark color on my lip lightened very fast as you have said.
attached with this mail is the photos taken on 30-march-2007, 2 week after my first visit.
there was slight swollen like feeling on my lips for a few hours after treatment, but next morning it was fine. .
dark color on my lip lightened as its seen in the photo almost 4 day after treatment, now I feel very comfortable as the lip drying don’t bother me as much as it was before, though I still use the usual moisturiser and my lip is more lightened and dark color less prominent.
Now my lips looks very much normal and I myself find it difficult to notice the color difference which was present before.
I am planning to visit you next week to consult with you and express my happiness and show this improvement.
Now I feel much confident to face people as I know my lip is much lightened.

- Thanks for replying. Yeah, I live in Orlando, Florida. My name is Robert Gray and I am a senior in High School. I wanted to know how much it costs to get this kind of thing fixed. I had an acne attack during my freshman year. It carried off into half of my sophomore year. Then i decided to get some accutane. It did get rid of the acne but it left a path of devastation behind. My face is now unnaturally red. There is major discoloration. I also have some scars but i do not know how bad these are. To me they are disgusting, but i realize i might not have the worst case of acne scarring.
- The scars just started showing up about a year ago and have never really gone away. I want to get rid of them by any means possible and get my original skin tone back. - Hello I hope all is well .I have been a little busy since my return. I am very happy with my results of my titan laser I had in april this year. I will be returning on june 18 2006 for 14 days again. I am was wondering if the doctor will be there during that time frame , I remember something about going to the states for a littel while but do not remember when . How are you? I hope fine and in good health. I am fine here and was very busy in my studies that is why I couldn't get in touch with you earlier. I am on a short holiday nowadays so I thought let me write to you. Dr, I wanted to tell you a couple of things for which I am very worried.
First of all after your treatment I was in a much better condition. My face was hairless for a few months and the ones that came were very few as you saw when I last came over to your clinic.
Well now it's like the hair are coming back, though not as much but they are. My chin is looking a little bit darker again and both sides of my face are better than that, but hair still grow there too. The hair are not soft and the growth is fast. I have to thread them off every other day.
The other thing is that the neck region where you used the razor to shave it and then do the treatment is growing hair too. I never used to have hair in this region before the treatment but now I do, though they are not very hard but they don't look good to me.
Thirdly, the warts have improved a lot too but there is still a portion of it left on the side of my face which I think we didn't see because of the bigger ones. These are small but can be seen and felt. This portion can be felt upto the back of my ear.
I know you said that these hair will come back but I didn't know it would be so soon and the warts is another problem. I don't know what to do now since we will now be coming to Dubai maybe by October or so and I haven't told my parents yet about having this treatment again because they spend so much on it already that I don't know whether they will spend anymore because it is very costly. I am very worried. Please advice me on what to do. I have to get another treatment before I get married. I was very happy after the treatment but my morals have become low once again because of the reoccurrence of this problem. I want a complete cure if possible, especially of the hair. Please advice me on what to do. Waiting for your reply.

I was very happy with the treatment - the only thing is the injections hurt!

Dear Dr. Mehta,
As my medicines (Roaccutane) got over (on August 13th was my last dose), I went to a specialist doctor here in Hong Kong yesterday to get more medicines for 3 more weeks. He mentioned that my acne was pretty much cleared but I still have redness and wounds on my face which will take a few months to heal. He said that I should change my treatment to antibiotics now. The name of the antibiotics is "ERYTHROMYCIN ENTERIC FILM-COATED 250MG " and to change the lotion to "ADAPALENE 0.1% GEL". This gel needs to be applied every night before sleeping. The face wash Gly Derm I am using is fine and after washing my face, I should use a moisturizer With the gel the dr. is advising me to use, he said that it might cause more redness, irritation and maybe even some acne in the beginning but that my face will get used to it within 2-3 weeks and the extra redness or irritation will go. He wants me to follow-up with him next week again. I am hesitant to start this new treatment without your consent as thanks toyou my acne has substantially reduced.I understand I am not present there for you to examine my condition. I am scanning my photo for your reference. I just took this photo out today. My face is still dry. My pimples from my chin, nose and foreheads are almost gone. I would like to ask if you think the progress is good since the last time you saw me in April. If you need a clearer photo, I can take out some and send it to you by mail or email. I would be greatly if you could kindly advise your thoughts on this because I truly believe in what you have to say.Many thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

I'm asking this because I am off to Spain for 3 weeks but I normally live in Ireland where I haven't been able to find any one familiar with Vitiligo. In Ireland, it seems to be a lost battle for me. My sister lives in Spain and enquire with her dermatologist but he is very pessimistic as to any treatment. My mother lives in France which is why I have included France amongst the places where I would consider treatment if at all possible. My Vitiligo is very new (less than a couple of month) and for the time being is only affecting the back of my hands but it seems to be spreading quite fast.

Sorry for not staying in touch but the past few months have been very hectic for me.
About the treatment, I'm quite pleased with the results so far.
The lower back area responded the best to the treatment. The abdomin still has sacttered hairs that I'm currently treating with electrolysis. The only area that I think has not responded very well is the back of the upper thigh and that part I think needs more treatments. I'm currently in the U.S. for the summer and I'm not sure when I'll be able to visit with you again but I might be able to get a treatment here. I'm quite encouraged at this point to start treating other areas like lower legs.

I was affected by vitiligo skin disorder since 1977 and having consulted a few dermatologist in Bahrain these appears to be no cure for the disease due to which I lost all my original pigmentation and become white instead of my mid brown colour. However after sometime spots darken than my original colour on my cheek bone and near my side bones and ears. The rest of my face and body is white. However some time back these cheek bone patches faded and disappeared by themselves. however they have again reappeared since last 3-4 years and are congestent.
What I would like to know whether there is any medication which can remove or lighten the colour of these patches as early on my face.
